The Afghanistan and Central Asian Association (ACAA) offers a wide range of free and supportive services for refugees, asylum seekers, and the wider community across London, Birmingham, and Liverpool.

Our services are designed to help you settle, integrate, and thrive in the UK. We provide practical advice, education, empowerment, and community support in a welcoming environment.

  • Advice Clinic: Get help with housing, benefits, entitlements, health, education, employment, and more at our drop-in centres.
  • ESOL for Integration: English language classes to support integration and improve communication skills.
  • Supplementary School: Educational support for children and young people.
  • Girls Digital Education & Women’s Empowerment: Programmes to empower women and girls through digital skills and personal development.
  • Ukrainian Resettlement: Support for Ukrainian refugees settling in the UK.
  • Balkh & Ghorband Girls Football Club: Sports and social activities for girls.
  • Community Fridge: Access to free food and basic necessities for those in need.
  • Humanitarian Relief: Emergency aid and support for vulnerable individuals and families.

Who can access our services? Anyone in need of support, especially refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. Organisations can refer individuals using our online referral form.

How to access: Visit one of our offices during opening hours, call us, or email for more information. No appointment is necessary for most services.

Cost: All services are free of charge.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 1pm–4pm.
