The Include Choir Epsom provides fun social, musical and volunteering opportunities (for anyone age 16+), it also teaches inclusive communication skills, supported by Speech and Language Therapists.
The choir uses Makaton signing, objects of reference and other inclusive communication techniques to perform music in a way that is inclusive of people with communication needs or learning disabilities.
The choir welcomes people with and without communication needs or learning disabilities (members, carers, family members and volunteers). It is a fun-loving friendly place to make friends and practice communication skills (for support staff too). The Include Choir Epsom meets 6.00 to 7.30pm on Tuesdays (term-time) at St Joseph's Church, St Margaret Drive, KT18 7JQ
The Include choir also has another choir in Redhill - The Include Choir Redhill that rehearses in Redhill on Wednesdays
Include also holds Inclusive Wellbeing walks some Saturdays.
