Hillingdon Centre for ADHD and Autism

The Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) is dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families in North-West London. We offer a wide range of services for adults, young people (aged 8-25), parents and carers, and professionals working with ADHD and autistic individuals.

Our mission is to ensure that everyone affected by ADHD or autism can access the support they need throughout their journey, both pre- and post-diagnosis. We provide tailored services, resources, and information to help individuals thrive, reduce isolation, and build a more inclusive community.

  • Support for Adults: Specialist services for ADHD/autistic adults, including advice, groups, and resources.
  • Support for Young People: Dedicated programmes for young people aged 8-25, helping them navigate challenges and build confidence.
  • Support for Parents & Carers: Guidance and support for families of both adults and young people with ADHD/autism.
  • Professional Training: Resources and information for professionals working with neurodivergent individuals.
  • Resources & Education: Access to handouts, support information, and links to help everyone better understand ADHD and autism.
