Blythe House Hospicecare
Counseling, end-of-life planning, symptom management, bereavement support for families of ex-clients (inc children's counseling) on zoom, groups, hospice at home- for the last year of their life, here to Help scheme- eg shopping, befriending, prescriptions, lunch/food parcels delivery, they can refer to Social Services for any help washing & dressing etc that would require a package of care.
