Wild Minds offers a series of guided meditation, T’ai Chi/Qigong, and beginner-friendly Yoga sessions in a beautiful woodland setting. These sessions are designed to help you unwind, reduce anxiety and stress, and support your physical and mental health in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
- Meditation: Experience guided meditation outdoors, suitable for anyone looking to try something new for positive wellbeing. Sessions are held at sunrise and sunset, so you can choose to energise your day or relax in the evening.
- T’ai Chi & Qigong: Gentle movement, stretching, and mindfulness combine to help you find calm and improve your health. No equipment needed—just comfortable clothes and an open mind.
- Yoga for Wellbeing: Beginner-level sessions for all abilities, with props welcome. Each week introduces new skills and styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Sessions include breath work, physical practice, and meditation.
All sessions are held outdoors, harnessing the additional benefits of nature for your wellbeing. Practices include visualisation, walking meditations, Buddhist meditation, Pranayama, and Qigong breathing.
