Family Support Workers

Family support workers are available across Warwickshire to listen, support, and offer advice and guidance to families and professionals. Our service is designed to help parents, carers, and children with a wide range of challenges, providing practical support and a friendly ear when you need it most.

How to access support:

  • Speak to a family support worker over the telephone by calling 01926 414144 (option 1, then option 2), Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm.
  • Face-to-face consultations are available at Children and Family Centres across Warwickshire, with sessions running on set days and times in Nuneaton and Bedworth, North Warwickshire, Rugby, Stratford, and Warwick. Please check the schedule below for your local centre.

  • Nuneaton and Bedworth: St Michael’s (Tues 10am-12pm), Camp Hill (Thurs 1.15pm-3.15pm), Stockingford (Mon 12pm-2pm), Riversley Park (Fri 12pm-2pm)
  • North Warwickshire: Atherstone (Wed 1pm-3pm)
  • Rugby: Boughton Leigh (Thurs 9.30am-11.30am), Long Lawford (Tues 2pm-4pm), Claremont (Wed 2pm-4pm)
  • Stratford: Lighthorne Heath (Wed 1pm-3pm), Alcester (Wed 1pm-3pm), Stratford (Thurs 12.30pm-3pm)
  • Warwick: Lillington (Fri 11.30am-1.30pm), Kingsway (Tues 1pm-3pm), Kenilworth Library (Mon 9am-11.30am), SEND Help at the Gap Community Centre (First Wed of the month 10am-12noon)
