Integrated Living for Over 55's
Providing secure luxury accommodation, which includes the option of extra care provision that can track your changing needs, all under one roof and provider:
- A selection of one and two bedroom independent apartments to rent, to suit a variety of needs. Each apartment has an en-suite and separate bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and a separate living/dining area, with adaptations to suit your needs available upon assessment.
- All apartments benefit from the onsite facilities and controlled access, front-of-house concierge services and care staff on-site to suit people’s needs as later life brings additional challenges.
- A wealth of activities in our function space on the ground floor mean that our resident and non-resident communities can participate in new experiences and some old favourites, all within the comfort of a premium community environment.
- Residents will be able to enjoy 5 meals per week as part of their package, which they can choose to eat in the communal restaurant or have delivered to their apartments.

The Clarendon Royal Community offers accommodation and short-stay respite to suit varying circumstances including step-down rehabilitation, short-stay respite and guest rooms:
- Step-down Rehabilitation - Facilitating discharge from primary care and effective assessment of care needs in order to provide rehabilitation to hospital patients to regain their independence before returning home.
- Respite beds - Offering short respite stays for people aged over 55, and for people with learning disabilities aged over 18, allowing them to receive full care services and food provision of a short-term basis
- Guest accommodation - Providing overnight accommodation for visiting relatives and guests of permanent residents, offering them the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones when visiting.
