How does it work?
We work in partnership with other agencies to create a personalised support plan, which adapts as your needs change. Our support includes attending appointments, helping you access benefits, and supporting you to find paid work, training, or volunteering opportunities. We help you identify longer-term accommodation, whether through supported housing, private renting, or social housing via the council.
Our goal is to help you rebuild your life, achieve independence, and avoid returning to prison.
