Veterans' Breakfast Clubs

Armed Forces Veterans Breakfast Clubs (AFVBC) are free, welcoming social groups for veterans from all branches of the armed forces. Our mission is to create a warm and supportive space where veterans can come together, share stories, find camaraderie, and enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Clubs are run by veterans, for veterans, and are open to all ages and backgrounds. Whether you served recently or many years ago, you’ll find a friendly community ready to welcome you. Meetings take place regularly at local venues across the UK and internationally, with many clubs offering weekly, monthly, or fortnightly gatherings.

What to expect:

  • Free to attend – there is no membership fee.
  • Enjoy breakfast and good company in a relaxed setting.
  • Connect with fellow veterans, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.
  • Support and welfare information is available, with a network of like-minded comrades.
  • Clubs are available in regions across the UK and internationally – use our Find a Club or Map to locate your nearest group.

Veterans’ welfare and support does not end when a Breakfast Club ends. We aim to ensure that all veterans feel valued and appreciated for their service, and that support is available both during and outside club meetings.

To join, simply find your local club and attend a meeting – no booking required. Some clubs offer online booking and payment for breakfast if you wish, but you can just turn up and enjoy.
