Epsom Strength and Balance offers a range of personal training and group classes designed specifically for seniors in Epsom and Epsom Downs. Our mission is to help older adults stay strong, stand tall, and maintain their independence through safe, effective exercise.

We provide in-person group classes as well as online sessions via Zoom, making it easy to stay active from the comfort of your home. Our classes focus on improving posture, mobility, and upper body strength, which are essential for fall prevention and overall wellbeing.
