Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis Prevention & Survival (OOPS) Classes

Join our OOPS classes designed specifically for individuals seeking to manage osteoarthritis and osteoporosis effectively. These specialist sessions focus on making movements less painful and improving bone density through targeted exercises.

What We Offer:-

Warm-Up: Gentle activities to lubricate your joints. 
Posture Correction.
Techniques to ease movement and reduce strain.
Strength Training.
Exercises to strengthen muscles around key joints including ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
Flexibility Improvement.
Enhance your overall mobility.

Eligibility: These classes are suitable for anyone looking to improve joint health and bone density, especially those with osteoarthritis or osteoporosis.

Class Details:
Schedule: Weekly sessions every Tuesday from 14:00 to 14:55.
Location: Epsom Methodist Church Youth Hall. -
Fees: - £55 for a block of 6 classes - £11.00 per individual class.

To book your spot, please email us at oops.esb@gmail.com. Engage with our community and start your journey to better movement and health today! Contact Karen by Email, complete the health questionnaire  and then just come along to the class at Epsom Methodist Church, with cash or card. 

Alternatively complete a paper questionnaire on the day prior to the class.
