Need help getting to appointments, staying connected or managing small tasks at home? Volunteer Link Up supports adults in West Oxfordshire who may be feeling isolated or find it difficult to get out and about. The service can try to match people with DBS checked local volunteers for transport, befriending or practical help. - Door-to-door transport to medical appointments, visits to loved ones and more - Regular befriending visits or phone calls for more social connection - Small one-off practical tasks, such as light gardening or help around the home - Support from local volunteers matched to the request where possible Cost: Low cost transport; other costs not stated by the provider.
