Arts Uplift is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to uplifting health and wellbeing through the power of creative arts. We offer a wide range of free and low-cost workshops, courses, and events for adults across Coventry, Warwickshire, and the Midlands.
Our programmes are designed to improve social connection, physical and mental wellbeing, and foster a sense of belonging. We specialise in dementia-friendly sessions, creative wellbeing courses, singing groups, book clubs, and arts activities for adults on probation.
