
Woodlands children's centre is part of the Croydon Family Hub. They offer services and activities for parents / carers of children aged 0 to 4 years. There are a variety of sessions running during weekdays. Current Session Information:
- Wriggles & Dribbles Teastop - Relax, Chat and Play at Wriggles & Dribbles Teastop; a supportive play session led by trained parents. For families with babies & children aged 0 to 2 years.
- Child Development Checks - 2 year and 3 year old development checks carried out by the Health Visitor Team. (You need to book through your Health Visitor Team on 0208 274 6006, Option 1.)
- Watch Me Grow (Under1’s) - Messy and sensory activities for babies under 1 years of age. Includes access to sensory room.
- Now I’m Two - A structured Stay & Play in preparation for nursery/School readiness. Aged 2 to 4 years.
- Am I Alone - An informal support group for parents/ carers with children with special needs.
- Rhyme & Sign for Baby and Me (This is a pre-booked session). Suitable for 4 to 12 months, Singing & Signing Course.
- Chatterbox - A communication focused session to support and encourage speech and language development for children aged 2 to 4 years.
- Baby Massage (This is a pre-booked session) - A 5 week course. A touching communication that enhances bonding & trust between parent and baby.
- Rocking Rhymes - A music based stay & play session for children 0 to 4 years.
- Mellow Mum's & Creche - Supporting parents and carers with stronger relationships with their children.
