Our specialist day services are thoughtfully designed to support adults living with with age- related conditions or those who are socially isolated in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. We offer a wide range of meaningful activities that encourage social interaction, boost confidence, and support memory and cognitive function.
Each session is led by fully trained staff, who understand the unique needs of those living with dementia. Activities are tailored to individual abilities and interests, and may include music and reminiscence sessions, arts and crafts, gentle exercise, games, and sensory stimulation—all aimed at promoting wellbeing and enjoyment.
Our day services provide a warm and friendly space where individuals feel valued and supported, while also offering essential respite for carers and loved ones.
This services can be paid either privately or commissioned by LCC's Community Life Choices program.Â
