Community Food Fleet is Warwickshire’s not-for-profit ‘Meals on Wheels’ service, run by WRCC. We deliver hot, nutritious meals directly to your home, 365 days a year, helping you or your loved ones stay independent and well-fed.
Who can use this service? Anyone in Warwickshire can order – there are no strict eligibility criteria. Most of our customers are older people living alone, but we welcome anyone who would benefit from regular, friendly meal deliveries.
More than just meals: Our friendly, enhanced DBS-checked drivers provide a reassuring daily check-in, helping with meal choices, plating food, and even assisting with cutlery if needed. We keep next of kin contact details for added peace of mind, and our team is experienced in supporting people with limited mobility, including key-safe access when required.
- Wide choice of meals: Soups, mains, desserts, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low fat/salt, and texture-modified options.
- Flexible ordering: Choose meals as often as you need – every day or just a few times a week. Cancel by 10am for no charge, and suspend deliveries anytime.
- Affordable pricing: One course £8.00, two courses £9.00, three courses £10.00, tea time pack £3.50. All prices include FREE delivery.
- Easy payment: Bank transfer, card by phone, or cash/cheque to your driver.
- Service covers all of Warwickshire, every day of the year.
