Havering's Collier Row Children's Centre is a free service for families with a child aged under five living in the London Borough of Havering. The centre sits within Havering's network of Children's Centres, offering information, advice and access to a range of activities to support parenting, child development and early education. It also links families to health services and to employment and training opportunities. Families must register to access services; registration is completed at the local centre. What we offer: a welcoming space with information on a range of family activities and access to services delivered as part of the centre's programme, including midwife appointments, baby massage, infant feeding guidance, parenting courses, healthy eating and weaning advice and other family activities. Family Support: help and guidance from Family Practitioners on parenting, housing/benefits, safe home practices, and access to support for issues such as alcohol or domestic abuse, and behaviour management. Volunteer opportunities are available; contact the centre for details.
