Havering’s Children’s Centres offer **FREE** services to families with children aged **under five** residing in the borough. If you have a child aged **0-5 years** or are expecting a baby, our centres provide essential support, advice, and access to a robust activity program.

- **Who Can Attend?** Families with children aged **0-5 years** who live in the Borough of Havering.

### Upcoming Program (September - December):
Our current programs include:
- **Musical Jelly Beans** for ages **0-5** years
- **Stay and Plays** for ages **0-5** and **0-12 months**
- **Dads Club**
- **Butterflies:** A peer support group for families experiencing low mood or anxiety related to pregnancy or postpartum. For inquiries, contact us at: Butterflies@havering.gov.uk
- **Starting Solid Food Workshop:** A 1.5-hour virtual session on introducing solids to your baby.
- **Preparing for Baby:** A 2-hour virtual session for expectant parents covering breastfeeding, infant care, and wellness during pregnancy.
- **Baby Massage:** A 5-week course focusing on bonding and communication through massage.
- **Baby Bookstart Packs:** Available for collection at your local centre; please inquire at reception.
- **Toilet Training Workshop:** A monthly 1-hour virtual workshop with tips on potty training.
- **Oral Health Workshop:** A 1-hour virtual session presented by a Dental Nurse.
- **Ready Steady Talk:** A 5-week course for ages **18 months – 2.5 years** promoting early language skills. Referral via a Health Visitor required.
- **Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies:** A 5-week course focusing on relaxation and wellness for mothers and babies.
- **Incredible Years Program:** Separate courses for **Babies** (0-8 months) and **Toddlers** (1-5 years) focusing on child development and parental support.
- **HENRY Program:** Health Exercise & Nutrition for Young children (0-5 years) offered virtually with family-oriented discussions on nutrition and parenting.
