Our free helpline and claims management service support tenants with housing disrepair claims, including problems such as:
- Damp and mould
- Ongoing leaks
- Rotten windows and doors
- Rodent, cockroach, and pigeon infestations
- Faulty or non-functioning boilers and heating systems
We offer no win, no fee agreements, so you pay nothing unless your claim is successful. If you win, our panel solicitors deduct 25% of any compensation awarded plus VAT. There is a 14-day cooling-off period after signing, so you can cancel at no cost during this time.
