Nordic walking is a low impact walk using poles, which creates an enhanced technique to work both upper and lower body. When done correctly it can use 90% of the body’s muscles. It is a fun and social activity that can be enjoyed throughout the year. It's ideal for people that haven’t exercised in a while.
