This service is for residents over 50 in Redbridge, Havering and Barking and Dagenham. It offers assessed home support to help with everyday tasks, wellbeing and independence.
- Help with cleaning, shopping and pension collection
- Weekly assistance with bathing or showering
- Support with bills and correspondence
- Assistance with exercises prescribed by a GP or physiotherapist
- Re-ablement support after a fall, operation or illness
- Help to work towards goals such as using public transport or walking locally
Cost: Costs may vary. Fees depend on the help you need and will be discussed at assessment.
