The wïsh centre is a London-based charity dedicated to preventing self-harm and abuse among children and young people. We offer free, open-ended therapy and counselling for young people aged 12-25 who live or go to school in the London Borough of Harrow.
Our services include:
- Therapy and counselling at our Centre and in local schools
- Peer support groups for young people
- Out of hours help for urgent support
- Advice and training for young people, parents, and professionals
We work to prevent self-harm, suicide, and child sexual exploitation, helping young people feel safe and supported. Our approach is proven effective: 90% of young people we support have either significantly reduced or stopped self-harming (Centre for Mental Health evaluation).
Young people tell us that our service helps them feel safer, more confident, and able to connect with others. We provide a welcoming space to talk, heal, and build a brighter future.
All services are free for eligible young people.
