Wellbeing and Tree Walk

A slow-paced, hour-long walk around the Thames Chase Forest Centre. These Wellbeing Walks are designed to connect you with nature, improving mental health and physical health by spending time in green space. Our experienced Walk Leader will talk about the seasons, wildlife and wellbeing benefits of being outside, as well as encouraging moments of stillness.

After the walk, we offer tea, coffee and biscuits in our Education Room free of charge to encourage social interaction and chatting, equally as important for ones mental health.

The Wellbeing and Tree Walk starts every Thursday at 10:30am outside the main entrance of the Thames Chase Forest Centre, finishing at 11:30am. Refreshments continue until 12noon.

Suggested donation, £4 per person.
