Wellbeing and Tree Walk

Experience the calming benefits of nature with our Wellbeing Walks at Thames Chase Forest Centre. These slow-paced, hour-long walks are designed to enhance both mental and physical health through outdoor engagement with nature.

Event Details: Wellbeing Walks led by an experienced Walk Leader

When: Every Thursday, starting at 10:30am and ending at 11:30am

Where: Meet outside the main entrance of the Thames Chase Forest Centre

Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits in our Education Room until 12:00 noon

Suggested Donation: £4 per person

These walks are open to anyone looking to improve their well-being through nature. Join us as we explore the beauty of the seasons, learn about local wildlife, and enjoy moments of tranquility.
