Coalville Children and Family Centre

Coalville Children and Family Centre is part of Leicestershire’s North West Leicestershire Family Hubs network. It offers a range of services to support families with babies and children aged 0–9 (25 for young people with SEND). The hub provides practical, friendly help to make family life easier and safer, including baby clinics, play sessions, and parenting support such as breastfeeding help, guidance on weaning and nutrition, and strategies for behaviour management. Visitors can access baby massage, immunisations and vaccinations, and drop‑in sessions. Some services are targeted to families who need additional support. Staff work with families from pregnancy through the early years to support speech, language and communication development, and to help families experiencing anxiety or depression during pregnancy or a child’s first year. The centre also helps families access free childcare where available and supports parents to build confidence and skills for learning and work. Families affected by domestic abuse and young parents are also supported. How to access: contact the Coalville Family Hub using the phone number or email above to discuss available local support. Cost: cost information is not stated on the page; some services may be funded or provided free, but no fixed charges are listed.
