Hinckley and Bosworth Family Hubs

Hinckley and Bosworth Family Hubs are local centres that offer help and support to all families with babies and children aged 0–9 (25 for young people with SEND). The Family Hubs network provides a range of services to support families in the Hinckley and Bosworth area, including: baby clinics and health checks; play sessions and early learning activities; parenting support (including breastfeeding, weaning, nutrition and behaviour management); baby massage; immunisation and vaccinations; and regular drop-in sessions. Some extra services are targeted and restricted to families who need additional support. The hubs work to support parents before and after birth to help them feel prepared and to cope with becoming a new parent, and to help families access free childcare where available. They also support children’s speech, language and communication, and can help families experiencing anxiety or depression during pregnancy or in their child’s first year. The hubs aim to develop parents’ skills and confidence in learning and preparing for work, and provide resources for families affected by domestic abuse. Services are delivered across the Hinckley and Bosworth area with a focus on accessible, family-friendly support. Cost information is not stated on the website.
