Volunteering (Blue Tee) in-workshop support

Join The Habbit Factory as a volunteer and make a real difference in your community!

We believe that volunteers are the driving force of our organisation, and we are committed to providing a rewarding and fulfilling experience for everyone who joins us. Volunteers work alongside our staff and play a vital role in delivering our performing arts programmes and services to the community.

What we offer:

  • A wide range of volunteer roles, including workshop support, costume and props committees, front of house, backstage crew, children’s chaperone, graphic design, and fundraising.
  • Opportunities to gain accredited training (such as Paediatric First Aid) and valuable skills and experience.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and equipped in your role.
  • A welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds and skill levels—students, retirees, working professionals, and anyone with a creative skill set.

Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to meet new people, make a positive impact, and develop your talents. No previous experience is required for most roles, and we are happy to discuss how you can get involved and support our work.
