At the Adullam Programme we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity for a happier, healthier life, with improved mental health and wellbeing regardless of their background. We are committed to helping individuals to identify and access the specific help they need, for as long as they need it and to overcome their struggles, whatever they may be and enjoy a better future.
Our support is given within a safe and healthy community and each participant is given the opportunity to build self-confidence and tools they need to overcome their struggles, as well as fulfil their potential and find their purpose.
