Adullam Programme offers a welcoming and supportive community for anyone facing life’s challenges, including low mental health, isolation, low self-esteem, addiction, relationship trauma, loneliness, or imprisonment. Based in Lancaster, we provide ongoing support, friendship, advice, and training to help people build new friendships, learn new skills, and find hope for the future.
Our mission is to serve the city of Lancaster and its region by giving individuals a second chance to develop a full and positive life within a safe, inclusive community. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity for a happier, healthier life, and we are committed to helping you access the support you need.
What we offer:
- A range of courses and programmes designed to support your journey, including Living Life to the Full, Job Preparation, CAP Money Course, Coffee Time, Celebrate Recovery, Purpose Workshops, Walk with a Doc, Cooking on a Budget, Men’s Breakfast, Talk Club, and The Freedom Programme.
