Always Another Way (AAW) is a charity that aims to support young people and adults across West Cumbria to improve their mental well-being. Our main objective is to give individuals the empowerment they need to overcome challenges with their mental well-being and the confidence to thrive in a range of social situations. We work with marginalised groups and those that feel they cannot freely access the services they need.
AAW are based in Frizington, covering the Cumberland locality including Allerdale and Copeland. We work with local communities with the mission to improve mental well-being across West Cumbria.
