Gateway Telephone Service - mental health information and advice

Havering Mind is your local mental health charity, dedicated to supporting people in Havering, Barking & Dagenham. We offer a wide range of services to help anyone struggling with their mental health, including support for carers, parents, young people, and those affected by bereavement or crisis.

Our team provides practical advice, emotional support, peer groups, advocacy, and signposting to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We also run specialist projects for Ukrainian refugees, the armed forces community, and people facing suicide, as well as training for individuals and workplaces.

We are here for you Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm. If you are struggling, please reach out – you are not alone.

Our office is located in Hornchurch, and we welcome referrals from professionals and self-referrals. For urgent help, call us directly or complete our online referral form.
