Welcome to the Dementia & Memory Café in Sittingbourne!
Our Memory Café is a relaxed, informal, and free drop-in for people living with dementia or memory concerns, as well as their carers and family members. Hosted by trained staff and volunteers, the café provides a safe and welcoming space to chat with others in similar situations, take part in games and activities, and access useful information and guidance.
What to expect:

- Refreshments and a warm atmosphere
Whether you want to discuss your own diagnosis, support a loved one, or simply enjoy a cup of tea with someone who understands, our café is here for you. 99% of attendees say they have received useful information from our sessions.

Price: Free (a small, discretionary donation is appreciated to help us continue to fund future events)
