Harborough District Children and Young People's Charity (HCYC) provides a range of support services for vulnerable and isolated children and young people across the Harborough District.
We offer play and youth work sessions, clubs, and projects in local venues and via our mobile 'Chill Out Bus'. Our services are designed to help young people improve their well-being, build relationships, boost confidence, and develop life skills.
- Locally focused charity supporting 450–500 young people each year
- Projects include Chill Out Clubs, Young Carers Group, Mentoring, Travelling Forward, and the Speak Out Magazine and Website
- We work in partnership with other organisations to ensure our services meet local needs
- We value the views of children and young people, and include families in our approach
- Our staff are well-trained and supported to deliver high-quality services
