No Limits' Drug and Alcohol Support Hub (DASH) offers friendly, confidential support for young people under 25 living in Southampton (SO14–SO19 postcodes) who are affected by drugs or alcohol—whether it's your own use or that of a friend or family member.
What we offer:
- One-to-one support: Get help with your substance use in a way that works for you—at home, in school, college, university, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
- Needle exchange and harm reduction: Access confidential needle exchange and practical advice to help you stay safe.
- DASH groups: Join friendly group sessions to change habits, meet new people, and take part in activities like cooking, wellbeing workshops, and board games.
Our approach: We offer non-judgemental, supportive help. You won't get into trouble for talking honestly about your drug or alcohol use. Our youth workers understand the reasons people use substances and are here to help you stay safe and make positive changes at your own pace.

- Drop in: Visit our Advice Centre—no appointment needed.
- Refer online: Fill out a simple referral form and we'll get in touch.
- Call us: Speak directly to a youth worker for advice and support.
Additional resources: We provide trusted information about substances, harm reduction, and mental health, and can signpost you to other local services if needed.
Eligibility: DASH is for anyone under 25 living in SO14–SO19. If you’re outside this area or over the age limit, we’ll help you find the right support elsewhere.
