**Active for Health - Free 12-Week Activity Programme** **Program Overview** Active for Health offers a complimentary, 12-week activity programme designed for adults aged 18 and over who wish to increase their physical activity. **Eligibility** To sign up, participants must meet the following criteria: - **BMI Requirement**: A BMI of 25 or over, or 23.5 if from a BME community. **Program Details** Participants can expect a variety of activities aimed at enhancing fitness, fostering social connections, acquiring new skills, and promoting overall wellbeing. The programme includes: - Fitness classes - Walking sports - Team games - Healthy eating workshops - Wellbeing walks Activities will be selected by the group with guidance from a coach. **Location and Schedule** The activities will be held at various venues, including leisure centres, community spaces, and public parks.
