Active for Health (Huntingdonshire)

Active for Health is a 12-week activity programme for adults (18+) in Huntingdonshire to help them become more active and improve overall wellbeing. It includes group activities like fitness classes, walking sports, team games, healthy eating, and wellbeing walks, delivered at leisure centres, community venues, or public open spaces. Participants also receive a free 90-day pass to One Leisure facilities. Eligibility for Active for Health: Adults 18+ who have been inactive (less than 30 minutes per week) for at least 6 months and have not been a pre-paid One Leisure member for 12 months. Active for Health Xtra is a similar 12-week programme for adults 50+ with at least two cardiovascular disease risk factors (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, smoker, unhealthy diet, high cholesterol, family history of heart disease, inactive, excess alcohol, overweight/obese, Black, Asian or minority background). Adults (18 years and over) with a BMI of 25 or over, or 23.5 if you are from the BME community OR

AND

be inactive (undertake less than 30 minutes of exercise per week)
residents of Huntingdonshire District
customers will only be 'eligible' for one 'Active for Health' offer.
