Age Concern Luton is Luton’s largest charity dedicated to supporting older people and their carers. For over 20 years, we have helped older residents access vital services, make their voices heard, and stay connected to their communities.
We offer a range of services designed to make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for older people in Luton:
- Advice, Information & Advocacy: Our Enhancing Lives team provides professional, courteous, and effective support to help you manage finances, access benefits, and navigate local services.
- Help in Your Home: We assist with everyday tasks to help you stay safe and independent, making sure your home remains a comfortable place to live.
- Social Clubs & Activities: Join us for friendship, fun, and local activities. We believe the best part of any club is the company, and we help you stay active and connected.
- Hospital Discharge Support: Our Meet & Greet service, in partnership with local health services, helps you settle back at home after a hospital stay or respite care.
