Jacks Place Care CIC

Jacks Place Care CIC is a warm, inclusive, and community-led day care service for adults and children, located on a beautiful 16-acre smallholding farm in Berrow, at the foot of the Malvern Hills.

We offer open-access, person-centred support to individuals across the Midlands, especially those living with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, social isolation, unemployment, children in care, and older adults seeking companionship, activity, and well-being in later life.

  • Farm-Based Setting: Enjoy a working smallholding with animals, gardens, paddocks, and an orchard for outdoor learning, sensory exploration, and nature connection.
  • Person-Centred Support: Activities are tailored to individual interests and abilities, promoting confidence, practical skills, and emotional well-being.
  • Support for Older Adults: A welcoming, active environment offering social contact, gentle exercise, and uplifting activities to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
  • Support for Children & Children in Care: Therapeutic and practical care opportunities for children and young people, including those in care.
  • Accessible Transport: Daily transport is available to and from Jacks Place for local clients.
  • Community Outreach: Outreach services and home-based activity support are available for those unable to attend the farm.
  • Inclusive & Accessible: Welcoming individuals from all walks of life—with or without funding.
  • Community Events: Regular family fun days, seasonal celebrations, dog shows, open days, and fundraising events.

Our experienced team provides compassionate care and structured, purposeful programming to empower individuals to grow, thrive, and live with greater independence and joy. We are committed to supporting our growing community with improved eco-friendly facilities, including a new sensory room for clients with complex needs and a fully inclusive interactive play area.

Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Closed weekends.

Contact us to arrange a visit, discuss your needs, or learn more about our services. We are more than just a day centre—we are a community and a family.
