Communigrow is a sustainable food education charity based in East Malling, Kent. We empower children, young people, and adults to grow fresh food in a chemical-free, environmentally friendly way, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
Our beautiful outdoor learning environment offers hands-on opportunities for people of all abilities to learn about food growing, healthy living, and sustainability. We work with the whole community—from toddler groups to older adults—teaching practical skills and fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
- Sustainable Community Gardening: Learn to grow food collectively, working in harmony with nature.
- The Field School: Outdoor education for children and young people, including those with additional needs.
- Garden Gate Group Bereavement Recovery: Supportive gardening sessions for those experiencing loss.
- Food for All: We donate 10% of our produce to local food projects, and offer healthy living and cooking classes. Our veg box scheme makes fresh produce available to the community.
