Facilitated by Eileen and Julie, who bring backgrounds in counselling, teaching, and art, this ten-week therapeutic programme is designed specifically for women facing a range of challenges including depression, isolation, anxiety, loss, health concerns, and relationship difficulties.
Paint Wellbeing provides a safe, supportive space where creative painting is used as a powerful tool for connection, emotional expression, and healing. Through the sessions, women come together to support one another, explore their feelings, build confidence, develop new relationships, learn new coping strategies, and practice mindfulness.
Our ultimate aim is to empower participants to carry the benefits of this course into their everyday lives.
No painting experience is required, there are no expectations and no judgments. This is a free course and all materials are provided.
