Declutter Together

Declutter Together is a free, friendly peer support group for people living with excess clutter or who consider themselves to hoard. The group meets monthly online, providing a safe and welcoming space to exchange ideas, tips, and resources with others who share similar experiences.

How it works:

  • Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
  • Sessions are informal, relaxed, and non-judgemental, co-produced by group members.
  • Drop-in format: attend as often as you like, with no obligation to join every session.
  • Each meeting begins with a check-in, followed by open discussion about excess clutter and decluttering strategies.
  • Members share resources, hints, and tips that have helped them in their own decluttering journeys.
  • Everyone is welcome to contribute as much or as little as they feel comfortable.

Benefits:

  • Feel less lonely and more connected.
  • Increase your motivation to declutter.
  • Gain practical advice and tips you can put into practice.

The group is facilitated by Stuart Brown, a professional with lived experience of excess clutter. Declutter Together is free to attend.

If you are interested in joining, simply email Stuart and he will send you the Microsoft Teams link. If you wish to access meetings on a smartphone, you will need the Teams app installed.
