Community Autism Support Service Herefordshire and Worcestershire

We are an NHS-funded support service for adults aged 16+ diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis or identifying as autistic living within Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
We provide -
*Information, advice and guidance 1:1 sessions with an autism specialist advisor.
*A group programme designed to share more about autism and aspects linked to autism, encourage the sharing of experiences between those attending and promote the opportunity to meet with other autistic individuals.
*Wellbeing walks across both counties
*Group/Social opportunities across both counties
*Webinars and online training opportunities.
*A helpline service for individuals and professionals.

Service access criteria:

Age 16+ with an autism diagnosis, waiting for an assessment/diagnosis or identify as autistic with a Herefordshire or Worcestershire postcode or registered with a GP in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
We can not support those eligible for support from other health or commissioned services such as social care or secondary mental health services, section 117 of the Mental Health Act, CHC eligible and young people with an EHCP.
