Ever Active Wellbeing Sessions are gentle, community-based physical activity sessions designed for older people in Reading and West Berkshire. Led by qualified instructors, these sessions are perfect for those who may not have been active for a while and want to rebuild their confidence in being active again.
- All activities are pitched at a gentle intensity and suitable for beginners.
- Each session includes time to socialise and connect with others, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
- Printable timetables are available for both Reading and West Berkshire locations.
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are also coordinated by Get Berkshire Active across Berkshire, offering friendly, community walks led by trained Walk Leaders. These walks provide opportunities to experience local countryside and green spaces, with a guarantee that no one is left behind.
- Walks are available in West Berkshire, Wokingham, Sandhurst, and Maidenhead.
- Enjoy good company and a warm welcome at every walk.
