**Inclusive Cycling Project by Disability Sheffield**
Join our inclusive cycling initiative designed for adults who are unable to ride a two-wheel bike due to a disability or long-term health condition. Whether you're a participant or are bringing friends, family, or carers, everyone is welcome to enjoy cycling in a supportive environment.

**Eligibility**:
Open to adults with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
**Session Times**:
- **Summer (April - September)**:
- Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Thursday Evening: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- **Winter (October - March)**:
- Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
**Special Rides**:
- Dedicated sessions for Stroke and Brain Injury groups.
- Rides specifically tailored for visually impaired participants.
**Services Offered**:
- **First Session**: Free
- **Subsequent Sessions**: £4
- **Friends, Family, and Carers**: Ride for free
**Electric Cycle Loans**:
- We offer 9 electric assist cycles to residents of South Yorkshire who have disabilities or long-term health conditions.
- Available for borrowing up to 3 months (dependent on demand).
- Includes options such as folding trikes, handcycles, and recumbents.

Service access criteria:
Our project is for anyone who is disabled or has a long-term health condition or balance issues that mean that they can’t ride a two-wheeled bike. We run sessions with tandem rides available specifically for visually impaired cyclists on Thursday 10:30-13:30. If you have any specific accessibility requirements please get in touch beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you.
