We are here to provide compassionate care to those who are unable to leave their homes. Our services encompass a complete range of assessments, care planning and regular reviews, all done in collaboration with our patients and their families. We understand that it can be challenging to manage health issues while housebound, which is why we offer a range of clinical interventions such as wound care, intravenous therapy, and management, palliative and end-of-life care, and catheter management.
We are available around the clock, with our day service running from 8am to 8pm, and our night service from 8pm to 8am, seven days a week. Furthermore, our day service is organised into local teams, each aligned with a local GP practice. Each team is led by a district nurse, supported by registered nurses and care support staff. Rest assured that we are here to provide the emotional and physical support you need, every step of the way.
