Our Continence Service is here to support adults living with bladder or bowel issues in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and Swale.
We understand that continence problems can be challenging and impact your quality of life. Our compassionate team of specialist nurses offers personalised support and treatment, either in our clinics or in the comfort of your own home—whichever suits you best.
- Comprehensive assessment: We provide thorough, holistic assessments to understand your needs and promote continence.
- Personalised care: Support is tailored to your situation, whether you live independently, with family, or in residential care.
- Equipment and aids: If clinically appropriate, we supply continence products and equipment to help you manage your condition.
- Referral and onward care: If needed, we can refer you to other healthcare professionals for further investigation or treatment.
Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported. We welcome referrals from patients, carers, and professionals.
