Dose of Dance - Movement for Wellbeing at the Peepul Centre

Dose of Dance is fun and sociable creative movement sessions led by experienced dance practitioners. Suitable for people living with long term health conditions - including Parkinson’s, dementia, stroke - and anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, health & wellbeing.

Thursdays 10.30am – 12noon

12th September - 5th December (excluding 24th October)

Peepul Centre, Orchardson Avenue, Leicester LE4 6DP

Come along, move well, meet new friends and have fun in a safe environment. Carers and friends welcome. 

£4 per person (includes refreshments)
