Dose of Dance: Movement for Wellbeing at Jo Williams Clinic

Dose of Dance is fun and sociable creative movement sessions led by experienced dance practitioners. Suitable for people living with long term health conditions - including Parkinson’s, dementia, stroke - and anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, health & wellbeing.

Fridays 2.30pm – 3.30pm

Come along, move well, meet new friends and have fun in a safe environment. Carers and friends welcome. 

£5 per person (please bring cash)

Street parking available on University Road or at De Montfort Hall.
