Brainstormz - Rainham

Mutual Aid Road Reps (MARR) Outreach offers a range of friendly, volunteer-led services to help Medway residents tackle loneliness and isolation. We provide both telephone befriending and monthly face-to-face sessions across Medway, welcoming anyone who feels cut off from their support networks.

Who can join? Anyone in Medway who feels isolated or would benefit from new social connections. Some groups are tailored for specific needs (e.g. neurological conditions, autism, chronic illness), but all are welcoming and inclusive.

How to access: You can refer yourself or someone else via our website. All sessions are free, friendly, and designed to be accessible for all abilities.

Why choose us? We’re a not-for-profit, community-led initiative focused on kindness, inclusion, and practical support. Our volunteers are here to help you reconnect and thrive.
