The Lindeners Social Club is a welcoming community group designed to help reduce social isolation and loneliness for older people in the Hampton area, including Hampton, Hampton North, Fulwell, and Hampton Hill.
We offer friendship, support, and leisure activities for adults who may be vulnerable due to age or disability. Our club runs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am to 2pm at Linden Hall Community Centre, providing a friendly environment for members to enjoy and find support.
- Activities include Sing Along with Jo, bingo, quizzes, entertainment, and more.
- Enjoy a freshly cooked two-course lunch and a cuppa while chatting with other members.
- Weekly visits from a hairdresser and monthly visits from a chiropodist, both at good rates for members.
- Discounted rates for Short Mat Bowls, Table Tennis, Zumba Gold, and Seated Exercises.
- Occasional excursions to local areas and a variety of entertainers throughout the year.
- Transport to and from the centre can be arranged via Rakat Community Transport for just £1.50 per journey.
Annual membership is just £40 per year, and new members are always welcome to try us out first. For more information or to join, please call the office.
